Fire erupts at Ameerpet coaching centre

Hyderabad: A fire erupted in the Aditya Enclave building, located at Maitrivanam Chaurasta in Ameerpet, on Friday. The incident originated in a coaching center within the complex, resulting in several students becoming trapped inside. Emergency responders arrived promptly at the scene and successfully extinguished the flames. Utilising ladders, firefighters rescued a total of 60 students. Consequently, the shops within the Nilgiri block were closed. Students from the coaching centre were evacuated without incident. Preliminary investigations suggest that the blaze was caused by a short circuit in the panel board situated on the ground floor, and authorities reported that the fire spread to the third floor. Students attending IT courses on the upper floors managed to exit via the staircase, while others were safely assisted down by the fire brigade through both the balcony and the stairs.
